The TALLINN OPEN organising committee, is pleased to invite you to Europe’s largest wrestling tournament, the 2023 TALLINN OPEN – KRISTJAN PALUSALU YOUTH WRESTLING TOURNAMENT in GR, FS and FW, from March 24-26, 2023.
OVERVIEW OF 2023 TALLINN OPEN:
- Largest tournament in Europe
- March 24, 2023: Start of Weigh-In
- March 25, 2023: Men’s Greco-Roman wrestling day
- March 26, 2023: Men’s and Women’s Freestyle wrestling day
- Registration closes at 2200 wrestlers
- 14 wrestling mats
- Nordic A/B Pool system guarantees two-match minimum
- Opportunity to wrestle in both Greco-Roman and Freestyle (separate days)
- International Training Camp March 27 – 29, 2023

TALLINN OPEN – Kristjan Palusalu Youth Wrestling Tournament is Europe’s largest, and is the opening event of EST WrestFest, the Estonian Wrestling Festival.
The 2022 tournament attracted 1996 wrestlers from 29 countries and competing on 14-mats. The 2022 protocol is here: www.liga-db.de/TallinnOpen2022/

March 27 to 29, 2023: International Training Camp
March 31 to April 2, 2023: Kristjan Palusalu for seniors (juniors allowed)
